Benefit/Value to Client:

East Liverpool City Hopsital - Pharmacy & Window Project

East Liverpool, Ohio

Project Description:

Removed aging curtainwall window glazing systems and replaced with new modern aluminum clad wood windows.

Design Builder

Benefit/Value to Client:

The original intent was to replace the aging systems with an aluminum curtainwall system. DeSalvo Construction modified this approach with a cost-savings method that incorporated a blend of an Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) with modern aluminum-clad windows to maintain daylighting throughout the building. This modification was found to add true value for the owner, who was thrilled to significantly reduce project costs while also achieving a revised aesthetic that gave the building’s exterior a modern look.
